K04 CONVERSION
« on: 12 February 2012, 18:51 »
Hi all im new to the forum so ill start by saying hi to everyone.

Well im planning on a k04 conversion on my 1.8t with engine code AGU, I have the ME3 ecu so its a pain in the arse lol. here is my list that ive put together:

K04 turbo

Xs power exhaust manifold

VR6 Golf MAF

Saab Redtop injectors

3 inch straight through exhaust

3 inch downpipe

Large core intercooler with 3inch pipes all round

Badger 5 tip

Vr6 2.9 throttle body

LCR fuel pump

Now these are the injectors ive purchased are these the right one's i need?
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...246065&afsrc=1

the part number for these is 0280 150 431

Is this the right setup for aprox 290bhp?

Nick at R-TECH will be doing the mapping hopfuly

I would say 280 would be doable on that setup

Maybe add a water/meth injection kit as well?

Yes K04-001 is basically a K03s with different compressor, only really capable of 260 I think
