Back to the dealers again for me tomorrow  got on the A1 tonight & the clutch dipped followed by loss of power. No engine management lights this time so I'm guessing this is something to do with the turbo or the air intake?? Any ideas? It's like driving a 2 litre car with no umph and the air intake sounds bad

Happened on my Bora, intercooler/turbo pipe popped off with almost complete loss of power (and a small plume of black smoke from exhaust!). Just need to find which pipe it is and re-connect, good to go

Dealer says when injector 3 went they should have replaced them all at the sane time & they didn't. So I'm in a TDI for the weekend.

Well the dealer reports 1 x charcoal canister faulting and found to be jamming the EGR valve. All now replaced under warranty and black is back again!! Apparently all the faults are completely un-related so fingers crossed thats it now

Well it's been a while but sadly it's back! The engine management light that is, accompanied by loss of power! Limped the car home, turned the ignition off, turned the engine over again and no light?

Back to the dealers again tomorrow, I'm guessing it's going to be another inlet manifold for me then (that'll be the 3rd one, possibly 4th)
