Ko4-022
Ko4-022 manifold. ( iv gone for a tublar manifold)
Oil feed, and return
Water feed, and return lines.
Vr6 maf housing
3" tip
3" downpipe and decat
3" exhaust i have milteck
Big front mount
2.5" pipework for the intercooler
Saab red top injectors
Service , oil etc and coolant
New gaskets for turbo and exhaust etc
And a decent remap
Decent clutch upgrade to cope also worth the g60 lightend flywheel upgrade

Also account fir upgraded brakes from a s3 tt or so. Or 4 pot brembos of a leon fr
Not much change from £1600 ish.

I got all the same as that, the only thing stopping me from getting a tubular manifold is then I would ideally have to get rid of the standard downpipe and my decat and go for the single 3" bore one....Its gonna be like £350 (plus whatever I get back from selling my orginal cat) but that mani does look sexy and where I dont have the charge pipe along the top that pic has done it for me.

Dammit!

Started on the cooler yeaterday.

Was really happy that i didnt haft to cut much off the bumper!!! And the best bit was.

The grills went back on a treat!! Just waiting for a few more hoses to come , and some welds for n75 and recuric valve aswell, hopefully all finished by tuesday, if not wednesday, then just gota take it to a exhaust garage as the 3" downpipe isnt 100% as irs made for a s3. But it works and runs a dream.
