My garage is 17 by 8, i've given up using the big 3 ton jack.
I've got a slightly smaller 2 ton jack now

do you have much room either side?

theres a garage going near me, 8x16ft, thinking i may take it if theres enough space to jack it up either side etc

Depends what car you have.
For a golf it is good enough, for an Audi or other saloon/estate it can be a bit tight.

That looks identical to my Blue point one, twin ram, fast lift and only 72mm entry height.

You wont go wrong with that fella.

This one is 89mm or 8.9cm height entry its not as low as my Proline ones, but more than enough clearance on a Dodge
Even 6cm I struggle to get under the MK2 as its an inch off the ground (not my doing)
I paid £80 odd for it not bad for the money considering resealing my other two might be about £30 each!

my old mans got one and they are really good. only down side is the rubber pads soft so wears away pretty quickly. mind you, his is in daily use being a mechanic.
