Then use more common sense an actually contact the agents on there, ring them, tell them what you need an keep on them

I tried Estate agent's in Harwich, Colchester and Clacton and none of them deal with what I want. I ideally need someone who only deal's privately

Then gumtree, local papers, rightmove an the like. But you might be asking a lot for a rental.
