just sold my 8v anni for 900, really wasnt expecting too as most were going for around 500-700 mark. sold it for same price i brought it for 3 years bk, rahter happy, the hunt for a VR begins!

I sold my own Anni for £1925 lost loads of money on it but as Annis go it was a nice one after I had spunked all my money on it  :grin: I dont think mk3s will every really go up much and the only way you stand a real chance of pulling reasonable money back is if its very well kitted up as in loads of extras my Anni was more to insure than a VR6 work that one out lol

Been really busy lately with work and so on so not much has happened to here few things have been sorted like,

Fitted a OEM Tape player with AUX tape
Also fitted an OEM Tape player holder

& the wheels have been refub'd

Mine are in line for that now. Also was giving it a wash yesterday and found a little rust on bottom of passenger door, thankfully not bad.

After how many month, i got round to sorting the old girl photos are before the wheels got refub'd,

Now shes all ready to go this is how she now stands after her mop and the little touch to finish her off

Maybe a bit OT but iv'e noticed that ebay seems to be flooded with mk3's at the moment.I browse every day and there is always quite a few on there but in the past week or so that seems to have increased massively.

My only thoughts about "why" is maybe cost of fuel,insurance is putting people off so they are dropping them whilst they think they  have a chance of selling them.

It's certainly a buyers market,cars with good history,rarer models etc are the only one's that seem to be selling and even then prices are down around 15 - 25% on last year.

For me though i just love the car so it's value does'nt come in to it.My car owes me very little and is probably worth more in parts but i would hate to be a seller of a MK3 at the moment  :smiley:

I sometimes think about selling mine, so i can get corrado vr......even those have dropped in price drastically.
Must be fuel and tax prices etc.
Gunna put the red stripe back on and get the original wheels back first though.
I cant do anything to mine....because its an anni.....cant be changed etc
