Mk3, s3 engine, ko4 turbo..321bhp?

I'd want a pretty tidy car for 4.5k, Mk3 20vt or not.
If it looks shabby I would deffo be worried about its reliability/quality , whether its justified or not I am a first impressions person when I am buying something for 4k

4k is a lot of cash. I know I have OCD when it comes to engines but this just looks a messy job
You dont have I have a clean engine to at least look tidy

Inside the car was no better, dials loose, boost gauge left dangling etc
