It all depends on what someone is willing to pay on the day really and if they have the mileage that suits the engine of the potential buyer.
I paid £30 for my 16v anni clocks on eBay and the mileage was literally 70 miles under so i was well chuffed as you can imagine.
That said I've seen a set go for almost £70 in the past...

sweet mate. Getting them for 40. Not sure on the milage. But that can be changed cant it?

That's a fair price mate.

The mileage can be changed but I'm not sure how and its not with Vagcom as far as I'm aware. Brad (F17BAD) had his anni clocks adjusted so should be able to help you out more here.

Theres a guy near us (Leeds/Wakefield) that can change the mileage, he has a cable that plugs directly into the clocks, Thai's right, you cant do it through Vag-com or Vag-Tacho.
The guy near us charges £40  :cool:

£40 is well cheap, they have known to sell for 200 quid!!!

are they deffo 160 mph ?

i paid nowt for mine haha did a right deal and swapped them for some 140mph versions i made up out of spare parts  :lipsrsealed: :laugh:

I always thought yours was the 8v Sharki. Can defo confirm though that Vag Tacho will not work on the Mark 3 as Brad will remember from my old Golf  :grin:
