Yeah mine did.
My 16v decided one morning it didn't want to start. Battery went flat, so took it out and charged it. Then it wouldn't even turn over. Tried the next day and nothing. Didn't have no money at the time so left it for a week. After that I thought I would try and find out what was wrong. First thing I did was turn the key to see if it clicked or anything, but it started and never did it again  :grin:

Mine did too. I had a problem and mine wouldn't start turned out to be the crack sensor anyway i replaced it and sure enough fired up first turn but its wouldnt go past 5000rpm Had no money so i left it it ran which was good enough for me along as it got me to work. Two weeks later car revs right through and pulls as it should and (touch wood) no problem since.


Sell my Vw??? I'd rather stick wasps up my arse
