help !!

hi could someone tell me if there sky isnt recieving any signal as ive got up 2day and my f :angry:ing sky isnt working its saying no signal !!
so i was woundering if anyone else is having the same problem this morning!! im in the east midlands area thanks guys

knocked the snow off still not working been on the dog and bone to sky and guess what there very busy

Yea our Sky was out last night & we don't get terrestrial TV where we live luckily I have free view on my Ipad so could AirPlay it to my apple tv plus can watch Netflix on the ATV.

Our Sky is back on today though & I didn't have to knock any snow off.

Used to happen to me a lot, the dish has more than likely moved, the weight of the snow and a bit of wind or knocking it to get the snow off has more than likely put it out a degree or two, knock on a neighbours door and ask if their sky is working, if it is the you know the fault is with your dish/box.

Could also be the lmb has got wet as the snow has melted.

Have you tried turning it off and on again? if not just switch it off at the wall for 10 seconds then try it.
