Word of warning

bought a wiper motor from breaking section in classifieds,due to work and stuff didn't get it fitted until recently only to find it doesn't work properly,seller refusing to replace or refund not sure if i should name them have messaged a mod and started a paypal dispute but because of it being 45 days since transaction its not looking good,first thing bought from classifieds here and will now be the last

i'm afraid there's very little we can do that you aren't already doing. Let paypal deal with it they have legal teams to take care of matters like this

'sold as seen' covers it.  Buy it, check it immediately or you're screwed.

Take it as a lesson.

This... To be honest If I'd sold it to you and then you told me it didn't work 45 days later I would be a little miffed. How could you prove to me that it wasn't your fault by this point?
