I've got a Toshiba Sattelite C660, Im having some serious issues, its nearly brand new, internet is ok, but the computer itself has become monumentaly slow. It hasnt let me physicly shut the computer down via the start button, it keeps saying that theres updates that must be installed that dont exist and im pretty sure its got something to do with the toshiba bulletin board, It didnt become fully slow until i opened it this evening, im worried about it being constanly on standby and not turned off as it could be a bit of a fire risk.
please help!
