4WD (albeit Haldex and wires) doesn't make you stop any quicker.
Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.

i do spirited driving every morning, and partake in the overtake challenge.

I overtake everything driving under the speed limit.
A habit I need to get out of.

This. Is it bad to get rage with people who stick to the speed limit.  :lipsrsealed:  :undecided:

I did today, got pulled within 5 mins, received my telling off and thankfully let me go. wont be doing that for a while!

Oh dear, what did they pull you for?
I've still never been pulled over.

I went to get raw plugs or wall plugs or whatever their called, got there, forgot my wallet, pulled out, got in to second and floored it up to 6 grand (sounds truly orgasmic) didn't see the traffic car parked in the next turning waiting for some thingy to nail it past them  :embarassed:

i shifted straight into 5th and cruised, didn't see them behind me for about 40 seconds anyway. but i wasn't boy racer driving so i got away with it, he even comented on the shine of the paint! Lucky escape!

I'm missing any sort of driving, my car is in bits in a friends shed at the moment so not going anywhere. I'm very lucky though because my other half is doing a bit of a rebuild following on from hg failure so hopefully I'll have it back soon and it'll be better than ever

Feeling like a bit of a garage widow at the moment though
