tire help please

So getting some 17in wheels of a mate but got no tires on. So will any 17in fit eg 225 215 I know I can very on the profile here's a pic of wheels if that helps

entirely depends on how wide the alloys are.

and from the width you then work out the profile

chances are that it will be 225/45/17

Why not just read what they were on the ones in the pic? And then get the same..
