Canna getta Amen to that brother... shout it from the roof tops!!!

Any state benefits should be repaid in full once in employment!! Until then you should live like everyone else with money.. within their means!

OK so you have managed to do something most people can't, you have royally f**kced me off!

Thanks. I try.

Yeah well shows what a wank3r you are then doesn't it!

When you have worked from the age of 16 supporting your family because your no good lazy ars3hole of a father chooses to claim disability rather than work and work for £3 per hour doing 50/60 hour weeks then get another job where you think your employer is paying your tax and NI contributions like they should, (NOT MY CHOICE NOT TO HAVE IT PAID, IT WAS TAKEN FROM MY PAY!) then you keep lending him money to pay the bills on top of the rent your paying him end up giving him £10,000 in one lump to pay off mortgage arrears so as not to lose the house bringing the total owed to you to £30,000 to £35,000 only to be kicked out of the house a couple of months later with nothing left in the bank, not knowing anyone with no friends because you weren't allowed, then come back and talk to me because you haven't got a f**kcing clue!

While I symapathise with your situation, that was a choice YOU made. Itf was a bad one, but we all make them. This is not about what you have done for others so try not to digress. I was clearly focusing on your excuses for not being able to find work..

Not excuses at all, mearly explinations of why it takes me a while to find work, and your telling me that if your family was going to have the house repossed you wouldn't do anything about it? so not only a wank3r your selfish as well.

I have had sh!t jobs that no one else will do just so I'm working, that's why my tax never got paid because I have always worked for ars3holes!

NO. Your tax never got paid because your employer was paying a proportion of the tax to YOU.

How did it? IT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY PAY< MY PAY HAVE TAX AND NI CONTRIBUTIONS TAKEN FROM IT, MY WAGE SLIP SAID HOW MUCH TAX WAS BEING TAKEN THE ARS£HOLE NEVER PAID IT TO THE TAX MAN, HE KEPT IT FOR HIMSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How is that my fault? how did I benefit? it wasn't a cash in hand job. I made this point before, how dense are you?

Driving is cheaper than the train/bus that's why!!!

If you weren't so quick to judge and took the time to read properly you would have read that I offer to work for free if I can walk/bike there, this is up to 10 miles as that would be all I can manage.

I don't get a friend to drive me as I only have 2 one leaves for work at 01:00 Monday morning and gets back at about 19:00 Friday night so he can't take me and the other works out the country during the week so he can't do it either.

Buy a scooter.

I don't fancy dying thanks, their death traps without riding on icy country lanes. Also can't afford to but one then the helmet and other clothing, then pay for a cbt, then insurance. I HAVE NO MONEY! What can't you understand about that?

Most my neighbours are retired, a few are out of work, the others have jobs that they have had for years, 1 bloke is the most skilled engineer I have ever met and even he can't get a job.

As stated before, a change of skill set seems to be required. Why would you keep banging on a door when no one will ever open?

That's why I'm now trying for warehouse work, van driving, security, well anything at will do.

last week I worked over 90 hours for £250 so that I'm not sitting on my a$$ I've told the jobcentre and I'll have a week deducted from my benefit, when was the last time you worked for £2.77p per hour?

Every job I've ever had I have always got to work early, not once have I been late or not turned up, I have always been lowest paid and hardest worker in the company, I have never taken a days holiday even when I worked 13 out of 14 days for 3 and a half years and even worked Christmas new year and every other bank holiday for the same pay.

Glad to hear.

You didn't answer my question, when was the last time you worked for £2.77?

It would be nice to have enough money in the bank to not claim for 3 months, unfortunately when I have a job I work for a living and get little pay for it, unlike people who work in an office.

and as I've already said I'm waiting to start a temp job as relief so it's not like I don't want to work, so If you can come up with helpful suggestions instead of being a pr*ck I'd be grateful for the help, if not keep your trap shut about things you know nothing about and bother someone else.

This kind of answers my question as to why you only have 2 friends. As for people in offices.... they dont just get jobs, they work for them.

I have lots of mates, I don't consider them friends though, a friend is someone who will help you out instead of just taking from you, I should imagine you'd be a mate!

Tigerj360 The Astra is gone, the golf is going to replace the bmw and I'll sell the bmw, already ahead of you on that, the Astra was only worth £200

Oh and seeing as I suffered brain damage when I was beaten as a child I don't ever need to work, I could play on that, claim more money and never work again, difference between me and my dad is, as long as I'm able to work I will.

Although I am genuinely sorry to hear about your tough up bringing... I assure you I have some close friends that have endured similar if not worse childhood. They are now... after lots of hard work and some smart moves doing very well for themselves.

Work smarter... not harder. .

Agreed there are lots of people who have had it a lot worse, I consider myself to have had an easy upbringing to some, I don't want you or anyone to be sorry to hear about it or sympathise about it, I want to be treated the same as anyone else which is why people I know in person don't know anything about it. I was simply making the point I don't have to work but want to.

One thing I will thank you for is that you have still had a go like this, that you didn't think oh I must treat him differently. you didn't give sympathy, which I find patronising when people do.

And to finish I leave you with a nice inspiring tale...

Aged 7 years old a boy and his family was forced out of their home and he needed to work to support his family.
His mother passed away a few years later. His sister died 10 years later. He then started a business venture which failed.
He ran for the State Legislature. He lost. In the same year, he also lost his job. He decided he wanted to go to law school but couldn't get in. He borrowed money from a friend to start a business. By the end of the year, he was bankrupt.
He ran for the State Legislature again. This time he won. The year was looking better as he was engaged to be married. Unfortunately, his fiancée died and he was grief stricken.
This was the year he had a total nervous breakdown and for 6 months was bedridden. He sought to become Speaker of the State Legislature. He was defeated.
He sought to become Elector. He was defeated.
He ran for Congress. He lost. He ran for Congress again. He finally won and moved to Washington. He ran for re-election to Congress. He lost.
He sought the job of Land Officer in his home state. He didn't get the job. His son, then dies. He ran for the Senate of the United states. He lost.
He sought the Vice Presidential nomination at a national convention. He got less than 100 votes. He ran for the Senate again. He lost again.
Later this man is then elected President of the United States . Later his other son also dies at age 12.

On April 14 1865, This man is assassinated. I will leave you to figure out who this man was.

I have no Idea who this is, I wasn't allowed to go to school, so I know very little, I taught myself maths which I'm brilliant at even if I do say so myself, english which is shockingly bad.

I learnt work with my hands, I can do any type of fencing, studwork walls, roofing, repair cars, have built a private cinema, put another floor on a house, can build most things out of wood, learned how to train racing greyhounds not just look after them, can look after and breed chickens ducks geese turkeys pheasants  goats pigs sheep cows horses. can drive tractors properly and diggers, have an sia licence, I run my friends transport company for him doing all paperwork and invoicing and still can't get work easily.

Also a lot of manual work where I am is done by polish, I would happily work like they do but a lot of companies specify must be able to speak/read polish which means that I can't get a job there as I speak the language of my own country and am not an immigrant.

I worked from 03:00 yesterday morning finished at midnight for £35 quid, If you think I like trying to live on £92 per week your wrong.

Current cars 1995 Golf gti colour concept 2.0 8v 156,000 miles. bmw 316 1.9 129,000. yeah, life's good!

Where do you live ?  Sounds bloody awful to be fair ! but i find blaming immigrants to be a tired excuse

I recently employed a hungarian on a temp basis & do you know why? No it was nothing to do with money we paid him the same rate we would anyone else the reason being he was easily the best candidate. The "english" people i interviewed were just unemployable either due to attitude or previous work history.

It turned out to the be the right choice he worked bloody hard learnt very quickly & the best bit never moaned about anything. I find to many people in this country think they deserve a living & are not willing to earn it.

I honestly wonder what the issue is if you have all those skills at your disposal.

Bobs.. lets not go into every single point here. As you CLEARLY already have all the answers to all your problems. I am wrong... you are right blah blah blah.

And just to answer you point about when did I work for £2.70ph.... well as stated earlier I worked for NOTHING. For you I could translate that to FREE!

You have no money but have a car, and obvioulsy an internet connection. My original post was aimed at giving you a kick start.. maybe trying to look at things from a different angle, rather than the usual old "no one will employ me", "there are no jobs" bull.

... Anyway its no skin off my back. I have money and a job.

I also have worked for free, I am talking about work! A job! You know paid employment!!! And I thought I was brain dammaged, the reason you won't answer is because you never have.

My sis licence was paid for by someone at the jobcentre out of his own pocket, he also put in a word for me at a security company, I got a job, kept chasing it but they never started me, he helped me and still is trying to get me a job because he can see I want to work. My internet is included in my rent. You try emptying you bank account and living on £92 per week. Also work I do get I mostly need a car to get tools to work. And I actually get I bit of work most weeks £30/50 per week, so that's. Money I'm not taking in benefits.

Still no one has answered my original question.
We cannot have FULL employment, it is IMPOSSIBLE, there will never be enough jobs.
Be stronger, be smarter, hopefully people will keep ahead of everyone else. It's survival of the fittest.
So the question is, what do we do with people out of work?

Make them work in the communities, cleaning streets, tending to public gardens, woods, nature reserves, etc. Get them out the house, from the tv's, off their asses doing something.
I often wonder why people never expect sarcastic comments from me - they're the only reason I speak...

Make everyone receiving benefits & not working do at least 30 hours volunteer work a week

I agree with this, providing it doesn't just become another excuse for the government to cut public spending  :lipsrsealed:
Even if people did a few hours a week, it would get them out the house, which i would say from past experience is a big problem.

The problem is, if you ask them to volunteer...they won't.
Too much effort.

So, if you are fit and able, you will be given no benefits...but will be paid for doing community work - a sum, say equal to their 'benefits' plus modest travel costs.

And for those lazy scamming toe-rags on 'Invalidity/disability benefit' where their disablility if being bone idle...you get the square root of f**k all.
Nothing.
Nowt.

You contribute to society and society will provide you with a modest income to keep a roof over your heads and keep you off the poverty line...not the new car, nice house and £26k in hand outs you are used to.

Reducing my Golf count by the week....
..but gaining motorcycles.
