Okay, leave that bit to me.
You can order ready painted parking sensors for the rear of the car from VW for just over £200 (last time I checked), but they don't look as neat as the factory sensors.
The RCD would need a video input, from memory, to run the camera. The RNS 510 however can run one but will set you back at least another £500 or so on top of the camera cost.
