My Golf GTi
« on: 31 January 2012, 20:59 »
Hi all,

I picked the GTi up on Saturday from Crooks of Peterborough and was very satisfied with their service etc.. The car is great and I am liking it more and more I drive it.  I am so used to AWD cars. My last cars have been Impreza and two Volvo S60R's and I just wanted a change. I have always liked Golf GTi's and decided the next car would be a Golf GTi.   So within a week of selling my R, I hunted the interweb as saw this one for sale, went to view and I put a deposit down and picked the car up Saturday just gone.

A few pictures....

I know you have seen it all before...but hay ho.

FYI, I am a bit OCD when it come to car cleaning...

Thanks for the comments.  As of yet I don't really have any plans. 18" might be on the cards, but the 18" Monza are diamond cut (I think) so are not good for UK unless I only use them in the summer - 2 months.  Maybe I could go down the BBS route.  Its very early days.
