I don't think it will, the Polo has a different target audience than the golf. The golf is viewed as more of a premium product than the Polo.

Maybe but if you can get a Polo that is quicker than a Golf GTI for less or a little more your going to buy it, Polo is not that small these days so not like your going struggle for room.
