Funny it bloody fit the passat possible the USA didn't have passats back in 2000?

It fits the 1997 2.3 V5 Santana according to that site - which is a Passat and the B5 version I'll contact them and ask if it'll fit.

Yours is a B6 right? mine was defo B5 2000 plate! Hope it will fit let me know either way shame for it to go to waste?

B5.5  Can't be doing with that silly electronic hand brake where it's located on the B6  Think I'd have it moved to the same location as the A6, where the normal H/B is  Just dropped them an email anywho

They said it's listed as a BMW part and implied not for any other marques

Having dug around I don't think it'll fit the 20v 2.3 V5, comparing the all their info on the part you've got to the part they list for my car

Just realised I gave up playing the MPG game a while ago, 26mpg average FTW

After spotting a thread on UKPassats by Boney ( cheers ), I'm going to clean up the head light myself without that 3M kit, I'm going to try a coarser grade, fine then finer and a bit of t-cut and plastic polish/wax for protection
