German/Euro Style number plates

Hi,

Does anyone know where i can get continental style number plates from?  i.e. the ones that have a black strip along the bottom that has the dealer information etc.

Something along these lines - preferably with a Wolfsburg dealership along the bottom, although any German garage will do!
I really want these and I have seen it once before on a UK car so somebody must know!!
