Compressor racing turbos
« on: 27 January 2012, 18:03 »
Hi ive just seen on ebay a £400 turbo kit called a compressor racing rs35 and I just wanted to know if anyone has had one and if they are reliable or not because for the money you get a max of 600HP! But it seems a bit cheap for that much power.

600hp would be the figure you can take them up to, not the figure they will give you

thats just a turbo, not a kit. and seems to be a copy of a copy of a gt35. You'd need to throw a large barrow of cash at your car to get the most from that turbo.

Its a universal one. there are loads of cars you can put it in. And I saw one of the fast car mag staff put one in his ae86 so I wondered if they were good or not and he also just bolted his in so Im now not sure its a kit but it only costed him 400 quid.

Well something like a vr6 or a impreza. but i would not buy one for a few years because of my age and how much it would cost me to insure. But I know someone who may like one and im just looking at how good this turbo is for them but also turbocharging a vr6 can get big bhp. Its a bit of a dream to build a super vr6.
