ide love for someone to do something like that to me, its legal in public you can record what you want right?
the coppers on those tv programs dont go up to the people and say to them "look were about to arrest you, but can you sign this so we can record it and put it on tv, but can you also act supprised like you didnt know it was going to happen"

When you go into CCTV covered areas, you sign something to say it's OK for you to be filmed then, right?

Fact is that filming in public isn't illegal, because you're in *public*.

Just like putting up photos of people's number-plates isn't illegal. It just annoys the paranoid, which I'm all for.
