A little gutted that you've decided to bin the VRS, was following it on the VR6OC. Although it's an exciting alternative that you have picked!

Today's update, Old engine out, Emerald ECU and loom fully integrated. Clocks and remaining parts from TPS due, then it's the next phase lol

The Emerald Ecu and loom, does that connect to any of the original loom?

Thats not bad going for a days work

Yeah it connects to some parts of the engine loom, not sure which connections but will find out?

Thanks fella, it's strange going to 4 cyl but 1.8t BAM with tweaks gives me a unique drive. Are you interested in the charger lol?

Hey Toby, no mate, but...Ben did take her out. She is running a conservative 10 psi at the moment and we will be pushing her up to 18 psi +. This is not peak boost.

18 psi is the max, I will run. So the plan is to sort the rear engine mount out as its knocking and check out the boost pipes for moment. I also still need to wire in the EGT sensor and wide band.

JDM are going to map it, I will run close looped with a wideband lambda instead of adaptive mapping. From what I understanding adaptive mapping makes live changes to the ECU and the closed loop setup with wideband can be set with 10% threshold so it's allow some protection to prevent detonation.

Lots to learn but I m looking forward too it!

Power wise I looking for 250 - 260 bhp, 280 ft lb. So it's similar to a stage 2 revo map.
