UN delivered good un coropative courier help please

Hi guys I recntly  some shocks and springs of jfscooby aka jasson farrant before christmass as of yet his courier has not yet delivered we are now half way through January i have tried emailing the courier on serval ocassions with out response is there any way i can get my money back on the goods as paid direct from my birds account to jassons #??? no ing number or anything unfortunitly his courier collected befor christmass we are now near the end of january and my haulage company still has not recived anything

what courier did he use??You always get a tracking number with every courier that ive ever used.It is not really up to you to be chasing this anyway matey.

iv been chasing him for you mate and hecauseing me alot of hassle, im happy to refund you mate? iv sent 5 differnt parcels with this guy and iv already had to refund 1 person, and will refund the others if he dont soon hurry up let me know what you want to do mate
