concidering this intercooler

anybody ever used one i have an aum engined mk4 and was wondering if it has the map sensor or not
was just going to buy some pipework and hoses connect it to pancake pipe and obv to the inlet will this be ok
also does the  bottom outlet inlet of the intercooler go to the turbo or the inlet thanks
