My GTI Edition 35!!

Waiting at a junction today and this ED35 pulls up alongside. Window comes down and this guys says; "Very nice car mate. Fancy going to a quiet spot together?"......
How could I refuse!

Mate, if some random guy asked me if i fancied going to a quiet spot i could refuse quite easily, haha! Great picture, the 19"s do look nice but I reckon a set of of TTRS would look better as the spoke is fuller IMO.

AJ-Edition35; Looks mean with the bigger 19" wheels. Mine's the standard GTI but I speccd the Watkins dark steels.

the glendales look sublime    but its a subjective choice after all, the watkins are nice but not for me

I'd be concerned that this 'quiet spot' would include duelling banjos or a snooker ball in your mouth...



Nah, nice impromptu meeting. Great cars. I'm yet to see another MK6 GTI/GTD on the road since I've had mine (4 weeks). I proffer the 18s to the Glendales but I love these cars, especially in white.

Nice shot! I been looking for another 35 but no luck. Saw a guy in a R and he revved his engine like he was tensing his muscles as he went past lol

Truckerash - thanks for posting that picture mate lovely cars!! I just finalised my order today, but I think I'll be contacting my dealer again tomorrow to change the spec to glendales!! They look amazing!!

glendales are a bit "showy" but really does make the car stand out

I think i must be the most indecisive person on the planet. Decided to stick with the Watkins Glens again now! haha. 

Just gunna go with my gut instinct and stick with them. Personally think they suit the car better! 

On another subject; i spoke to superchips about using the ed30 bluefin on the ed35. They said it should work fine and have huge gains in power. They also offered me a free before and after dyno run to prove the gains. Will definitley be taking them up on that offer!
