Most of the people on this forum who now own an Audi (like myself), originally owned Golfs when they joined and have remained active members even though they now own different cars.
It's possible that the owner of that orange Aldi on the cover also likes VWs/Golfs but currently his show-mobile is an Audi.
Journalistically ( :rolleyes: ) I don't think they could justify having an Audi on the front of a VW mag if it wasn't for the fact that the guy apparently runs one of the scene shows.

That said even though I own an Audi A4 Avant of that style, I don't like the look of it, and he looks like a bit of a thingy in the photo.

In fairness though the last PVW I read had an article about a rally quattro in it. Certainly didn't mind reading about that. In fact that was a good issue, much more performance orientated.

Latest cover does nothing for me. Sorry PVW.

just read the spec on this aldi
now i couldnt give to sh!ts who the who the bloke is or what he does but how does a basicly standard rs4 painted in orange and have rotiform wheels become a featured car!

I think its funny how wound up everyone gets lol :lipsrsealed: its all VAG in the bag at the end of the day! The guy does look like a bit of an ares though, and with his middle finger up as well....... Maybe I'm getting old but really??
