would't bother with polybush, they don't last as long as standard. get v5/v6 one as they are designed for the heavier engine.so last longer.

Had the mount swapped over today and to say I noticed a difference would be an understatement. I had over time got used to the harshness and put the lack of grip down to running winter tyres in not so winter conditions.

10,000 miles of use if that and it was fitted with new stretch bolts using correct torque settings.

Worst thing is the cheap ebay mount I've just put on has an identical manufacture stamp as the ECS and cost £20, pretty much paid an extra £50 for two poly-bushes to be pre fitted and black paint. I will defiantly be changing the mount for a genuine R32 mount soon and advice all to be weary of buying overpriced crap.

the other bushes on the mount were poly.

bought from a well known company just under two years ago, half tempted to contact them as not happy considering what could of happened.

Genuinely hated my yellow power flex bushes. Yes gear changes feel a bit nicer but crawling in traffic they're a nightmare. You lose all refinement. Once I took them out and put the oem bushes it felt a different car and so much nicer to drive.

I even tried the red ones for a TDI, they weren't as bad but still wouldn't bother with them.

Scott I'm just waiting on my bush coming see when you fitted the new one did you loss the bar that the short and long bolt goes throw or does that fit back on some way
