Newbie with a track mk3
« on: 15 January 2012, 21:40 »
Hi guys and gals.

New to the forum and I've just purchased a mk3 GTi for use on the track. Rollcage and coil overs have already been fitted, next up is a pair of bucket seats and subframes.

Any info anybody has on track prepping a mk3 it will be much appreciated.

Chris

Do the harnesses correctly.

Welcome, blah blah blah donuts.

Post it up in the dub rides section.

You will get honest, constructive criticism.

Have a look at threads by Paul86s2 - he has a well-prepped G3
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

Paul's little project is at:

You want side-mount shell-type seats and tube mounts, which replace the original seat mounts.

You cannot put proper buckets in safely without a cage, with harness bars and harnesses.
