ipod to laptop itunes help :(

Laptop broke and lost lots of stuff.  all fixed now. Have reinstalled itunes, but now need to transfer all the music back from my ipod to itunes.  I know it's easy to do with purchased songs, but its the 1000s of other ones I can't.

ANY help appreciated please...

Nope, I found a different one oddly.  Used the new one above and all done!!  Thanks people!
