R LED's...Where to buy?

Just got my 4 dr CSW GTI and I'm looking for LED tails. I understand SteveP isn't taking orders at the present. Any recommendations as to where
I should be looking for tinted R tails at a good price?

they come up on ebay new and used very frequently. they're not cheap though. personally i wouldn't pay £500+ for tail lights but then again my car came with them fitted  :grin:

Good prices are hard to come by. But ask anyone who's added them to their cars say it's the best thing they've done to the car, me included.

I hear some VW dealers are doing ok prices.  I know AwesomeGTI do them

Ken are yours the tinted version then? Didnt think the GTI has tinted versions? Just the ED35 and the R?

Rear LEDs are like Golf GTIs and iPhones (not that I have an iPhone); they cost more in the first place but you get lots of money back for them as well due to their desireability and following, which offsets a lot of the cost over the products lifetime with you. Something like that anyway.

Do the Awesome GTI ones come with the wiring adaptors?

Anyway, to the OP, check ebay.de as there are sellers on there who do LHD ones that speak good English and will probably be able to source RHD units and there are plenty of wiring adaptors available on there too.

I thought GTI's came with LED rears as standard now ?

or are you saying you want to change to the R tinted ones ?
