Only problem with that is though you will need puff for the comedown and will end up eating loads the afternoon on the following day

Starvation mode.

don't eat carbs. at all

wheres your body going to get the energy. your fat... thats not enough, breaks down your muscle. but will do it quickly... you will get a swollen stomache, just like the children on the charity adverts.

O and please pm me your routine and diet you had for body building

Just make a post about it, would be interesting to most people I think, even just to tone up

FYI a body will metabolise muscle tissue before it gets to work on the fat.

Easier to break down and convert.

That’s why muscle weighs more than fat!
I shag anything that moves with a pulse that keeps me well trim!
Running 3K a day in a heat suit will make the weight fall off.
The trick with fat people is if you increase their metabolism once to a healthy level, the weight will keep off or come off easier in the future, down side you sweat constantly.

So many myths in this thread. Broscience at its best. Next you will be telling me you have a 20 minute window of protein after a workout

Meal frequency myth debunked

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/9155494

You could actually eat only 1 meal a day provided it met your calorific and macronutrient goals
http://www.wannabebig.com/diet-and-nutrition/is-there-a-limit-to-how-much-protein-the-body-can-use-in-a-single-meal/

Protein after workout

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15570142

No carbs at night is still not 100%, though as long as you hit your goals through the day (carb wise) you would not need any at night, if you had not then the carbs you consume will be used as its within your macros. Carbs do not magically turn to fat at night, you still burn off calories and require food while you sleep. While its best to not consume all your carbs at night (proven to be bad for you) its fine to consume carbs.

I have gained 1.5 stone in 4 months, dropped body fat and increased muscle. I miss breakfast all the time, eat 3 times a day and consume carbs at night if its required to hit my calorie/macro goals. Wonder how many people in this thread practise what they preach and have had gains from it

dont take this as a dig, its a genuine question, if you say youve dropped body fat and gained muscle, how do you know that youve gained 1.5 stone of muscle? also 1.5 stone of lean muscle in 4 months is a very bold claim.

i saw gains at the gym without breakfast but when i started taking am shakes i had a lot more energy and saw my pb's get higher.

i also did a strict diet for 4 month on a 6 meal per day and lost 3 stone of fat.

and now i went back to my old eating habits and ended up a fat c**t.

to op, have a look at ketosis diet, seeing as your already in low body fat % losing more fat will be more difficult than just losing weight

Always wondered why i sweat so much...

used to be a right podger when i was in secondary school... started gym 3 days a week, cycling, running about, walking home from gym 1.5mile, sometimes running a couple miles before school, got into shape.
Im abit podge now but having been doing anything... will start this year when i get my first wage packet
but explains my constant sweating!

When I was boxing at my peak I just had to wear a T shirt at a dinner somewhere and the sweat would just come its like your body starts to fuel itself at a higher rate. Plus loosing so much fat it means I was bloody cold all the time had no fat to keep me warm. Artic travellers will eat chunks of butter because the speed at which you burn natural stored fats in your body.
My diet consisted of
Tuna
Can strawberys
Pasta no sauce
Chicken breast no skin or sauce.
Eggs without yokes
Loads of teas so I didn't retain water.
Stick to these types of foods and watch the calories go down with heavy boxing cardio workouts!

All I can say to people is once you throw up after taking that leap of faith in yourself, its easy after that
