just to add... do not eat anything after 7pm on an evening. and make sure you eat as soon as you are up in the morning. do not skip meals as this makes your body store excess fat also.

None of this is true, ignore it

For every site with "facts" there is another one that says the complete opposite.

The above is true because it something I have used and stuck to over a 12 week period and seen the results. If you dont buy it because a lab tells you otherwise then dont.... but dont stop others taking on good advice.

My best mate and training partner studied this stuff for years and has over 200 clients using his services. The results speak for themselves. Hows that for broscience

Its scientific fact, not some site. Its the US main medical site  The opposing sites are with people in fasted states, non athletic people or some other small percentage in a certain state. The above is done with people living healthily and working out. Show me the opposite facts please, as i have provided mine

12 weeks!!!!  Must know what your are talking about then  :lipsrsealed:

This is a first, a personal trainer giving out broscience, the only thing that could happen is their results take longer and he gets more money.....oh wait  :lipsrsealed:

I'm 5.10 and weigh 17 stone 4. But there is no fat.
That's a strange one. Iv never had to loose muscle before. That is a lot of weight to loose mate. And if you don't have alot of fat to loose the weight it's going to be hard. As already said. Run. And also get yourself an exersize bike for when your at home watching tv.
Get some winstrol down ya neck

Hahaha I tried cutting up last year and blokes I trained with said take winstrol, he said you will loose fat bla bla. So I did and at the end of it I put on a stone and cut up

Proper stitched me up. Never again!!

And got a cross trainer in the house

I believe this to be true. Because when I was training to get big. I never had breakfast skipped meals and never had a protein shake after a work out. And I did very well.

Like i said he is a close friend so doesnt charge me. As for his clients... they are provided with a plan to meet their goals within the timescale they desire. I dont see anyone complaining except yourself

The advise i gave was from personal experience. It was given as an addition to help the OP loose weight, not to weight train to put weight on.

Keeping a diet consistent and eating at regular intervals helps with metabolism and general healthy eating habits. I would very much like to see any sources you have on promoting the opposite.

The lot of you sound like a collection of psychotic gym-bunnies.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

Im currently in get fit mode for motorcross so need to do plenty of cardio work and low weights but high reps. Also read that losing muscle is not good if you wanna lose fat because the muscle burns off fat.
