I use newsgroups, have done for about 6 years now and will never ever use torrents again.

Benefits of newsgroups is:
download at you line speed
dont up load anything
you arent dependant on people uploading
99% of files are complete and work great
no viruses or trojans

cons
you pay $9.99 for the top package a month
I often wonder why people never expect sarcastic comments from me - they're the only reason I speak...

D-link powerlines arrived today.

All i can say is they are very good and do exactly as they say on the tin and would recommend to anyone!! In fact they are so good that I have ordered another set this time with the wireless repeater.

This will allow me to have a hardwired connection for the tv downstairs and upstairs, and a plug in connection point in my office as well as a wifi repeater upstairs (just in case)
