How do you calculate the correct tyre pressures for different size wheel + tyres

yeah 205/40's, bloke I bought it off said it's on a fully adjustable spax coilover kit although I don't think it is adjustable, was supposed to have a lot of stuff that it hasn't. 

Might be worth checking the offset of the wheels, you need et35 or 30.

Offset is how far in or out the wheel is, check on the back of the wheel and you should find an et number.
