I think it would be a bit harsh to sue the bloke that got run over, even if it was his fault.

i do agree, slightly, his stupidity was the cause, couldnt wait 2 mins for a crossing. but i dont wanna sue him as it was very serious, i thought he was dead when i saw him, never regained conciousness that day afaik. I know he didnt do it on purpose as he tried to run at the last second and the force of the collision was very horrific, i wouldnt wish it on anyone

No Win No Fee......
why dosnt the bus have a head rest??are they ment to?

nope, head rest are really there for getting rear ended, doesnt usually apply to a bus, but when i went on brakes i lifted my arse off the seat and had pedal to floor, my back arched over the seat and caused the shock when i hit him, still cant sleep properly after 2 months!

I feel for you, that's really f**king horrible.
But taking the guy to court isn't that answer.

Even though we don't really know what happened, only what we've been told, if someone has caused an accident, then they are responsible. It's not just vehicle drivers that should take responsibility.

My back is hurting too.

I think we should have a massage club.

i dont wanna sue him, like i said in my first post, was asking to see if anyone knew if theres any insurance that my workplace should have, liability or otherwise.

this is my second in 2 years, last year some twit in a white van smashed me astra up, i had bad shoulder and my lass has bad back still, were a couple of cripples, lol

A massage is a massage, so long as they don't go into any special areas
