Can't get Ono site on my laptop but can on iPhone.

I'm assuming the forum is back online now as due to the time on some of the posts but my laptop still says forum admin afternoon.
But I am on the forum fine on my iPhone.
What's going on?

Ah right. Thats strange coz my iPhone is using the same wifi broadband as my laptop.
