Monitors

Right I'm after a monitor for the study to use with my MacBook. Needs to be widescreen and 18.5 inch +

Don't really want to spend a great deal if I'm honest, any bargains out there? What should I be looking for?

tv's are much more expensive though. I just got my lad a samsung 21" widescreen monitor for xmas for about £100 at ebuyer (and I'm sure the 19" was a bit cheaper)

I tend to stick to Samsung as well, their monitors are excellent.  I've got an old 22" widescreen monitor.  Only has a res of 1680*1050, but I only have mid range graphics cards so they complement each other nicely.

That Asus is more than I wanted to pay, won't be used a great deal only when I'm studying. Anything bigger wont fit on the desk.

I have been using a dell 2405fpw since 2006 and it has been brilliant. I have it connected to a
Mac pro and is brilliant for graphic design and gaming.

I forgot we had a 'spare' 23inch flat screen TV laying around. It's now my monitor, until it's reclaimed. Just need a keyboard now so I can keep the Macbook closed when I'm on the big screen.

Ta anyway people!
