hi guys whats the easiest way to get the wood trim of the door handles and also the cup holder thanks

Or to get rid of the wood? which would be R32 trim, Bora net optic trim, poverty spec black trim or paint it

cheers i used that tip yesterday for the front ashtray ,,any idea for the dashboard cup holder and the wood on the door cards thanks
