Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.

would love to stretch to the Ed30, but not sure the budget can cover that. And if I'm honest, not sure it looks as nice as the standard, but that's just me.

Btw, that white Mk6 in Autotrader - love it. Shame I need 5 doors. White definitely the best colour for Mk V or Mk VI in my view. This may be because my first every car was white, altho they do seem really popular now.

I guess looks are subjective  :rolleyes:

I much prefer the colour coded side sills / bumpers etc of the Ed 30, particularly in Candy White.  I never liked the black lower edges on the standard the GTi.   The wheels can be changed too  :smiley:

As to price - I'd gve thought £9,500 - £10,000 would get you a nice 2007 manual ED 30 ?

if your on a budget, as has been said, a good spec, good condition Edition30 in either transmission is the best VFM. :smiley:
