Will see if I can borrow Dave's genuine K04-001 and see what the sizes are, he might even let me pull the compressor housing off and have a proper measure up

Course you can, and if your doing that you might aswell rebuild for me too while your at it

lol I'll strip the housings off for you and take the shaft out, I draw the line at the circlips in case it all gets lost

Littco sent me a link to get a new shaft for it and ko3s compressor wheel so might take you up on that

turbo rebuild.co.uk, search for a k04-023 wheel while youre at it  kkk part No# 5304-123-2015
then all you need is an s3 cold housing

Get the T304E turbo Dave, you know it makes sense, you will get your 300bhp you are after on stock internals, and if you do ever upgrade internals it still has power to take you further

Ive already got a Garrett sat in my living room 

Capable of 300 at the wheels of a 4wd pulsar, so with less loss, might see 320.. LSD and 4wd - less, that should be enough..

So how many months with the garrett on till you start looking for a construction truck turbo and a broken 4mo for the 4wd
