seat base - nightmare job...

but worth it when I pulled this out  :shocked:



can't believe how much the seats weigh too  :undecided:

How much was a new base?

A real 304bhp 286lbft in a mk4 golf!

I am lucky really, we have a trade account through work so I paid £74 all in, still a lot of money for a block of foam but I wanted to sort it before it marked the leather.

What I am finding strange at the moment is how much firmer the base is.

I believe they used to be around £55 / £60  :smiley:
