Surely better off with the gt28rs if you can afford it, dont have the lag like from the t3 and make just as good power.

T3 turbo, R-tech go it going at 300bhp with 1bar of boost on stock internals on a seat 1.8T with actuator on board.

These wre made by a company called cadburys or nestle, :grin: they are only oil cooled/fed so no water, have to make a down pipe etc way to much hasstle for it to break tbh

yeah  roller bearing ftw, could do with finding someone in this country selling the gt28rs as the postage is near 200 quid then in told by my mate i will have to pay import charge!

Was talking to one of usa boys running 28rs, 415cc inj, 4bar reg, 3" maf, d/p, 2.5" exh, with standard smic with vented arch with no internal work  making 306bhp.
MK4 1.8t bored/stroked 2.0lt AEG crank, 83mm supertech pistons, intergrated rods, ACL race brgs, Flowed large port head, Supertech valves, All ARP bolts, GTX2871r turbo, Tial wastegate, 3" pipewerx dp, REVO stage 3 tune, Direct port water meth, MORE TO COME!!! Ready to go racing

generally with a agu you should be fine at the 300 bhp mark but do you want to spend that much money get it all up and running for it to throw a rod through the block cause it at its limits?

yeah thats the power id be happy with. Any idea on what injectors brand wise and what was the maf off?

I know ive thought about this, we will see what funds are like when the parts are flowing in, cars garaged any off road atm anyway so i can play in my other toy  :evil: so no rush really.

Birchy runs 325bhp with one in a polo, AGU engine no internal work. Agu are good for 340ish he told me.

Sweet,mines had loads of abuse at 225hp running 21psi peak and it seems to love it.ha i rebuilt the engine before i did my conversion, and change oil every month think that has a lot to do with it.
