Aerial ?

Bought a car with this CD player inside, It's a kenwood KDC 7024, but there don't seem to be an aerial input? Looks like someones cut it off, does anyone know what I need to buy?

Will I need an adapter for the black wire that's next to the cut wire?

It is hard to see from the photo but yes looks like it has been chopped off, but it will be the other end.

If I cut that in half so it's only the female part and try crimple it back on to the end that's been cut, dya reckon that'd work?

You can try join cable somehow but not ideal and no guarantees on qiality of reception you'll receive. Best option is to disassemble head unit and solder new cable in
