you will melt the underseal and could cause rust probs some people have removed it but mine rattles and i wont remove it cos its there to stop the underside of the car getting hot/cold/hot/cold which would speed up rust etc

thats what i was told when mine started rattling? however mine ahs since stopped, maybe it welded itself back together? :huh:
