TIP Fitting

Im mid way thru fitting my TIP using this guide http://www.ottawa-vdubbing.com/forums/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=8651.  My TIP is on however i can for the life of me get the 8mm Allen nut in Step 5 back in!  Is this guna cause me issues if i just leave it out!?

i dint put it back in mate i aint had any probs come back from mine the new tip dont need the allen key hole

That the one that just goes on the inlet of the tip I dint mate

Happy with that!  now to fix my problems..... Somehow i've f**kd the bonnet catch while messin about, also im gettin wastegate chatter and need to extend the pipe that goes into the top of my DV  :sick:

So much for relaxin over my holiday!

what you mean by waste gate chatter when i put my tip on it whitsled a bit more

yeah its whistling, kinda like that.  nah its like a flutter when you come off the revs, should just hear a whoooosh from the DV.
