when car is cold it really does struggle to start sometimes need to open throttle right up to give it a kick, when warm starts first time every time and drives really smoothly even with a highlift :)

could this be the blue temp sender??

or maybe even fuel mixture? as does seam like to much or not enough fuel

Yes I ordered one with Vw gonna take them a day to get it though, it the blue temp don't sort it I'll record startup using video on my phone then maybe someone could help from that

Remember to reset the ECU when you've fitted it.

Once the new sensor has been installed, start the engine and disconnect the blue coolant temperature sensor. Rev the engine through 3,000 rpm three times, each time allowing the throttle to close completely. This clears the Digifant ECM fault memory.

The secret menu hehe shush , yes I'll do that at the weekend as gonna be dark after work and won't have time befor work :( , and fingers crossed she all sorted now after months of problems :)
