I've got a fjord blue mk3, its a 1.6 CL spec and it has the black plastic bumpers

I've been searching for a set of body coloured ones for over a year but can't find a set in decent condition anywhere...
So I'm contemplating buying a set of bumpers and spraying them up to match, however it would cost more than just buying a set so they would have to be absolutely perfect, i.e. perfect colour match, shine, texture etc to the rest of the car... with no blotchy patches or dull areas etc...
I've seen spray jobs where say one panel is resprayed in the same colour but it looks completely different because the original paint on the car has faded over time etc... I really dont want it to look like that - the bumpers would have to blend onto the car flawlessly, as if they were original factory bumpers.
Does anyone know how to get the perfect blend on a job like this?
The paint is metallic Fjord Blue (LR5V)
Are there professional paint mixers out there who can gaurentee the perfect match and adjust the standard colour to match the faded original paint - If you would call it "faded"?
If so can anyone reccomend anyone who could do this?
Also if anyone has any tips for prepping the bumpers and applying the paint etc I'de be most grateful...
Ps I'm not bad with a spray can btw, but I just don't want to spend over a hundred squid-ish and end up with a cack match.
Cheers for any help guys
