For anyone whos wants a hot hatch but a more prestige badge Audi Mr Men A1 quattro is coming to the UK starting at 34k. Make's the Golf R look like a bargin.

Where do I sign? After all who wouldn't want an A1 for the same price as a 6 month old Porsche Caymen!!!

£30k for a top of the block polo! That's more than you'd want to spend on a phaeton with massaging seats.

When comparing cars don't assume that the cars will actually have the stated hp because they mostley dont.

Tell you something though the amount of people that LOVE!!! Or loved there vxr's is amazing despite there crap reviews. ( especially j clarkson's)

Interesting reading about what the MK7 will be like.

With that in mind I went to the very first pages of MK6 board to see what folk were guessing about the MK6.
http://www.golfgtiforum.co.uk/index.php?board=75.3220

Seems there was a GTI Plus always talked about with a 2.5L engine and of course the cost of the new MK6 and how it had been priced out of folks brackets.

Seems a bit of history repeating itself

At least it looks better than the A1s I've seen driving around with the Audi Rally colours plastered over their sides.
