What Bobo said, if you're within a reasonable distance of an apple store make an appointment at the 'genius bar' I totally avoid 02 when I have an issue because they just say theyll and it off to be looked at.

Never had a problem on orange with the iPhone. They can always to a sim update anyway.

Have you switch 3G in in the phone settings? People always miss the obvious.
